Since I don’t personally use this feature nor is my personal computer a tablet or laptop I decided to disable it. However, this service runs regardless if you are not using it.
This feature will allow you to click on the on-screen buttons to type, or if you have a touchscreen you can tap on the keys to type. As a feature of Ease of Access or for people that have a difficulty typing on their standard keyboard, Windows 10 provides an On Screen Keyboard powered through a Windows Service called TabletInputService.
